There is a point in a long hair routine where you stop counting steps and start counting bottles on the shelf. This one takes a bottle away, and it asks for three minutes you were going to spend standing in the shower anyway.

A thick concentrate, 265 ml, sixth in the routine, which loosens into a cream the moment it meets wet hair and then covers the lengths and the roots in one go.

Step 6 · Serum

after shampooing, squeeze the water out of the hair with your hands until it stops dripping.

• Take a walnut into the palm and warm it for a second or two.
• Draw it from roots to ends, one section after another.
• Press a little into the skin of the head and massage for a minute.
• Leave it three to five minutes while you finish washing, then rinse it right out.

Every wash, a walnut at a time, so ten weeks of washes fit in the tube.
