"Suitable for all skin types" is a bold claim for a serum that is heavily fragranced. My skin was completely clear before using this product, and it broke out after ONE use. What really earned this one star, however, was the customer service. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, they hid behind their returns policy and suggested I should have consulted a doctor or carried out an allergy test before buying a product they advertise as suitable for all skin types. That's an absurd response. Most people don't visit a doctor before purchasing skincare marketed as gentle enough for everyone. If you're going to make broad claims about your products, you should also be willing to stand behind them when a customer has a genuine issue. Instead, I was dismissed completely. Very disappointing product, even more disappointing customer service. I won't be buying from this website again.
