The claim that this moisturizer is "suitable for all skin types" is difficult to reconcile with my experience. Despite my skin being completely clear beforehand, I broke out almost immediately after using it. It's also surprisingly heavily fragranced for a product marketed as suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. What really earned this one star, however, was the customer service. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, they simply referred me to their returns policy and suggested I should have consulted a doctor or carried out an allergy test before purchasing. That's an unreasonable response to someone who bought a product advertised as suitable for all skin types and has no history of skin allergies. If you're going to make broad claims about your products, you should also be willing to stand behind them when a customer has a genuine concern. Instead, my complaint was dismissed without any meaningful consideration. Very disappointing product, and even more disappointing customer service. I won't be buying from this retailer again.
