Medicube PDRN Collagen Glow Jelly Serum
$28.90
A firm jelly that holds its shape on the fingertip and then melts the instant it meets skin. Collagen water opens the formula and makes up 65% of the jar instead of plain water, seven hyaluronic entries place that water at different depths, and ascorbic acid brings the light back. No oil, no loud perfume.
Description
Skin that drinks whatever you give it and asks again by midday. A tone gone flat in the wrong sense of the word. No light at all off the top of the cheek. A jelly answers that particular thirst better than a fluid does, because it stays where it is put long enough to go in.
A 30 ml jar of translucent pink jelly, lifted with a spatula and melted between the fingers. It takes the middle of the routine, behind the lotion.
- Collagen water at 65% of the formula: the first line of the list is not water but collagen water, and it accounts for roughly two thirds of the jar. The plumping starts there, before any other active is counted.
- Seven hyaluronic entries rather than one: molecules of different sizes settle at different depths. The large ones hold a film of water up top, the cut ones sink a step lower to fill, and the bounce shows inside the first week.
- Light handed back: ascorbic acid and tocopherol restart the clarity, that way a well-watered face has of sending light back rather than swallowing it.
- The melt itself: at finger heat the texture goes from solid to liquid in two seconds. It spreads without pulling and leaves nothing greasy under makeup.
Edelweiss, peony, magnolia and daisy flower extracts close the list, with horsetail and clubmoss. There is no oil in the formula and no loud perfume.
Recommended for dehydrated skin of any type, flat tone, sensitive faces that object to oils, and anyone who dislikes a texture that lingers at the surface.
How to use
Step 6 · Serum
take a pea with the spatula, warm it in the palms until it turns liquid, then press it on in thin coats.
- Two thin coats beat one thick one.
- Press rather than spread, and the jelly goes in faster.
- Take the last of it down the neck.
- Follow with the cream while the face is still cool.
A pea morning and night sees the jar out in seven or eight weeks, and it travels well, since the jelly will not run if the lid works loose in a bag. If firmness matters to you more than water does, the PDRN Pink Peptide Serum aims at the jaw first.
