Ensuite, retire la languette de protection blanche de l'aile arrondie et attache l'aile à la cheville. Enfin, fixe les quatre coins du patch, enroulés autour du talon. Il faut au moins 4 heures pour que le patch agisse et il est plus efficace s'il est appliqué juste avant le coucher. Retire le patch et essuie avec un mouchoir en papier si tu remarques des résidus d'huile. Ingrédients :
