1. Purpose

These terms govern sales of cosmetic products concluded on the Zuhae site by DTM MEDIAS (SIREN 503 644 452, 28 rue de Londres, 75009 Paris, France) with consumers. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Products

The products offered are finished cosmetics, imported and resold as they are, in their original sealed packaging. They comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.

Photographs and descriptions are indicative. The full ingredient list, directions and warnings appear on the packaging. Where the site and the packaging differ, the packaging prevails.

Products are offered while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes, in the currency tied to the language you selected. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order. Standard shipping is free on orders over £45.00.

Zuhae may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order becomes firm once the basket is confirmed, delivery details are entered and payment is confirmed. A summary is sent by email. Zuhae may decline an order in the event of a previous payment dispute, or a quantity clearly intended for resale.

5. Payment

Payment is made online when the order is placed. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider; they never pass through and are never stored on Zuhae servers.

6. Delivery

Preparation and shipping times, and the areas served, are set out on the Shipping and returns page. Stated times are estimates in business days and run from payment confirmation.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery of the parcel. Any damage must be reported as soon as possible, with photographs.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. For consumers in the European Union this right arises under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; Zuhae grants the same fourteen-day window to customers elsewhere as a contractual policy.

Hygiene exception: under Article L221-28 4° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. A cosmetic product whose seal or protective film has been removed can therefore be neither returned nor exchanged.

Returned products must be complete, in their intact and unopened original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of our receiving the return.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These warranties are independent of the right of withdrawal.

9. Complaints and mediation

Complaints should be sent to contact@zuhae.com. Failing an amicable solution, consumers may use the consumer mediator free of charge: À COMPLÉTER. The European online dispute resolution platform is also available (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of residence.
