• Two fingers' length of serum is the amount that gives you the protection on the label.
• Spread it over the face, then the ears, the sides of the neck and the back of the neck.
• Give it two minutes to set before makeup.
• Reapply after four hours outdoors, or after swimming.

Two fingers each morning means 50 ml runs about a month of proper daily use, and a bottle that lasted you six months is a bottle you were underapplying.
