Great toner, very light and not drying or sticky at all.
I was looking for a hydrating and calming toner. And this one does exactly that. It has the consistency of an essence or ampoule. It's thicker than water and slightly gel-like. It absorbs and layers well. It hydrates the skin after cleansing and calms any redness. I also appreciate the short ingredient list.
