Used twice, stung my eyes and skin so bad i had to take them of after 2 minutes.. :-(
I bought it because while working from home I often felt very tired in the morning and wanted something to make me feel refreshed. And it kinda does the job. It feels quite nice, and makes my eyes feel less tired - but that's about it. It does not slide on the face if you place it under eyes carefully - if you try to correct the placement and smudge the fluid, the patch will start traveling on your face. At least in my experience. Another thing to note is that it slightly irritated my outer eye corner, which is where my skin is the most sensitive. I use it quite often (3-4 times per week) and did not notice any long-term benefits. So overall its okay if you want to refresh your eyes when working in front of a computer.
