Hydrating but clogs my pores

I like how hydrating this essence is for my dry eczema prone skin, but I’ve noticed that it tends to clog my pores. I wasn’t sure if it was because of this essence as I was also using other new skincare products, but noticed that my problem disappeared when I discontinued my use of the Beta-Glucan Essence. It is otherwise very gentle on my sensitive skin and did not cause any irritation.
